Oh well in my case, I can log into the game as I've checked the boxes that says "Remember username" and "Remember password". For me, its that I can't log into the GW2 forum since it says my username/pw is incorrect and i can't reset password even though i can log in using the same e-mail address just fine
How long do password reset emails take? Most other sites it's pretty instant. Been over an hour and no email and it's not in my junk or spam and it's gmail so thats the only thing that would block it.

I have been trying to reset my password for an hour and a half and I am just not receiving the e-mail with the password reset link. I've tried over and over again and ArenaNet prompts me with confirmation that the e-mail was sent, but it is nowhere in my inbox.
