2) with ignition on /car off /turned off EPB (elect parking brake) by depressing switch on console and pressing brake foot pedal. park. brake light should be off now! turn off ignition. 3) loosen wheel bolts. 4) jack up rear of car. try to rotate wheel if it will not move repeat #2 making sure EPB is off.
